Using Lot Info

1. When you first enter Lot Info a Select An Item Info Type Standards window will appear displaying a list of the item info types that have been defined in the system. Select the item info type to view or change, or enter the standard item info lot attributes.

2. An Item Groups for ("name of the item info type") F10 window will appear listing all of the item groups that have items that have been assigned to the item info type selected.

3. Scroll to the appropriate item group and press Enter to select, or press F9 to select all item groups. An asterisk (*) will appear confirming your selection. Press F10 when finished.

4. A Select An Option For ("name of the item info type" ) window will appear. Select one of the following options:

• EXIT – Select Exit to return to the Select An Item Info Type Standards window.
• Item Info Standards – Select Item Info Standards, to view item info lot attributes standards for one or more items, if item info lot attributes standards have been defined for those items. If no default item info lot attributes (standards) have been defined for the item(s) they may added through this option. See Adding/Changing Item Info Lot Attributes for information on adding/changing item info lot attributes standards.
• Lot Info – by Item – Select Lot Info - by Item, and a Select An Item - ("name of the item info type") Item Info Standard window will display a list of the items, sorted by item, that are assigned to that item info type. To see lots that are assigned to a certain item, select that item from the list. Use the Available Actions links below to change the item info lot attributes on specific lots.
• Lot Info - by Date – Select Lot Info - by Date to view a list of the items, sorted by date, that are assigned to that item info type. Users can also view lots that are assigned to a certain item. Use the Available Actions links below to change the item info lot attributes on specific lots.
